1. General

By accessing or placing an order on thetee.in (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and photographic lighting.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price charged at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking via our secure payment provider.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation on business days. Delivery times vary by location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@thetee.in with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Original tags must be attached
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Tee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
