Where is my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Once shipped you'll receive a tracking link by email. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days.
How do I return an item?
Email support@thetee.co.in with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send return instructions. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before completing payment.
